RE/MAX Innovative Properties has 11 locations spanning across Northern MA and Southern NH from Lowell to the Lakes Region. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Mark has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Mark's previous experience includes owning and managing a six-office RE/MAX Real Estate Brokerage in the leading, global franchise system for residential real estate sales. Successfully closed over $1.6B in sales volume and built his organization through organic growth and recruiting; and several mergers and acquisitions. Mark's sales team was consistently ranked #1 in per-person sales productivity - vs. competing brokerage brands.

Mark's success can be attributed to his comprehensive understanding of the local markets, his strategic marketing expertise, and his ability to leverage the latest tools and technologies to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or luxury clientele, Mark approaches each transaction with integrity, professionalism, and a relentless focus on achieving the best possible outcome.

As a longtime sponsor, volunteer and coach in the Riverside Bradford Little League, Salem Rams Football, Haverhill YMCA and the Hillview Montessori School of Bradford, Mark enjoys giving back to his community. He is currently a resident of Bradford where he has resided for the last 24 years with his wife Karen and 2 boys, Tyler 21 and Kyle, 19. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family at their Salisbury Beach home.

Professional Designations

LMC Certified The Loss Mitigation Certification is presented by the Massachusetts Associations of REALTORS to provide information and guidance on the complicated transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned.

SRES Certified The Seniors Real Estate Specialist is a professional designation certified by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. Senior Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues.

ABR Certified - The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS.
